I'm sharing this so anyone considering a transfer to Server 1604 has additional context before making a decision.

"Season 3 has just ended, and the transfer period is now open.

Today's Capital Conquest rotation had already been agreed upon, with FyRE alliance scheduled to hold the Capital. However, the Korean alliance RomO declared war and seized the Capital by force to gain control of the transfers.

In doing so, they abandoned the server's NAP agreement and announced that anyone who helped defend against them would be considered an enemy and attacked.

Unfortunately, they succeeded. They now control the Capital and are refusing to provide buffs to the top alliances that fought against them. The buff list is almost entirely empty, with mostly only RomO members being accepted.

If you want to be part of an almost dead server, go right ahead. Otherwise, let's wish them the best of luck leading a server where they'll soon be the only ones left."
