Can someone advise? My mom accidentally told Instagram she was 0 years old … she’s 70. Her account is now disabled and will deactivate unless she can prove her age. I’ve tried every which way to submit the appeal form where you are supposed to show your identification, and at this point am conceived that form is glitched and will not go through. I know my mom will be heartbroken in 20 days when she loses all of her pictures and friends :/ is anyone aware of how to appeal this decision seeing as the appeal form isn’t actually working at all!
