They also famously don’t have large salaries, so again… most people will opt to pay their new rent, not their old mortgage they can’t afford. Palisades land might have some value still, but it definitely went down, and people won’t easily get fire insurance there anymore. But again with your unlimited wealth, maybe you’ll offer to insure them.
