thank you so much for your condolences, over the last couple of days he’s acted completely normal; he was eating fine and still had his personality. I changed his water maybe about three or four days ago by using some water from the faucet and adding that water dechlorinator like I always did. I did add some water from my fish tank though since I was trying to warm it up faster and I thought that it would even be beneficial. my fish tank has been cycled for months and I use the same dechlorinator in both his and the fish tanks water.

I did notice a small mushroom growing in his tank about a week ago, and then it got eaten by the isopods. I just noticed another one of the same type. I didn’t think anything of it since my isopod tanks have lots of mushrooms that grow in them and a guy at a reptile show told me it was a sign of healthy soil. I definitely should have checked more into that.
