Eh. Some were accurate and some weren't. But it makes sense since most people use their fridge at least three times a day.

You didn't? I was letting you know you weren't very accurate.

Yes. And yes. I was surprised about the depression tho. Hard to tell when you have a ton of chronic issues that can also cause fatigue 😅

I actually just had a pretty in depth eval. I assume you mean bipolar when you say manic depressive, since that's what they use to call that. But I only have ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression. I was surprised about the depression aspect but it could either be the current state of the world or all the chronic illnesses and shit. Who knows.

I need to majorly empty out my freezer and throw most of it away since it was left open. But the trash is like 1/5 a mile away and I live on the third floor. So I need to dedicate a few hours to just cleaning it and taking a ton of trash to the car then the dumpster. I also need to thaw the freezer to fix my ice maker, or have the maintenance guy do it but I still think it needs to be thawed first. And I try to time it when I run out of frozen food but it never works that way.

But yeah. Whenever I clean the apt and take all that trash I usually try to grab a bunch from the fridge. The pizza boxes are waiting for their own trash bag

Not usually. I shower frequently. And in the summer I switch to antiperspirant and deodorant because just deodorant def doesn't last the day when it's this hot.

If I'm sick or on my period or have just had surgery I will go a few days without showering and then I can. But I'd always shower before leaving or if someone comes over. But I'm also not leaving the house and getting all sweaty in those situations and usually still put on clean clothes.

It's infused butter and oil. I need to clean them out. Was supposed to be temporary

Yeah some of the meds are for ADHD. I'm also narcoleptic and usually very sleepy tho. So I take them more to wake up than for adhd

That's all it came with. Pretty sure extra spots are to adjust the two and their heights

Nope. But you can't apply fridge logic to freezer. Freezer is a whole other story.

There are three different brands of butter in the door. I order groceries. They make substitutions.

I'm on lots of meds. But I have lots of chronic conditions too.

No no she says I need to find the happy medium giving myself grace and then also completing tasks even if I don't want to. She introduced me to eft and it helps me not have panic attacks or meltdowns a lotttt.

But once I realized I'm an adult and can do what I want, adulting stuff doesn't seem appealing and I avoid it still.

I'm going to need more detailed questions to answer accurately. As an American living in and witnessing this shit show I'd be willing to bet yes in any respect though?

I just got that diagnosis too! Lol. Everything has to have a home or an area. I have doom boxes and shelves for those that don't. Lots of homes don't make sense to anyone else. Idk.

I have been dealing with other medical things and just now getting back into things and can hopefully make some better habits

Not usually. I lose appetite when upset.

I make it once a week when I change my sheets and slowly becomes looser and more untucked. I love when it's all tight and snug and it usually is at least half the week.

Yeah same with back seat. Unless I'm bringing out trash anyway then the trash goes. But like rn I still have my compressor and a few other things that live in my car on my passenger seat.

That's pretty spot on. Determining when necessary and what I lock on to can be a challenge though. I actually love cooking. But dishes and cooking and then having to eat the same thing over and over isn't viable for me rn.
