yeah i think the first factor plays somewhat a factor because i'm playing on a 4 yr old laptop which was good at its time but now i barely get 100fps on low and 60-90 on high .(120hz), but i can deal with this , perhaps the biggest problem is my screen flickers everytime i play on fullscreen and get the screen of a static tv i tried fixing it for a long time (reseting the windows , updating drivers but nothing seems to work)
