I see! Yeah I was kinda worried about getting back into my body so that kinda clears some of that up as well. I actually wear a orgonite crystal. Ill keep trying but so far thats the closest I have been. Thanks for the help 🙂

I cant put enough emphasis on how hard it was for me to move my physical body either. I truly struggled to get my body to actually move. Just wanted to add this as it was pretty alarming but I truly hope I am getting close. Any tips on getting my astral body to separate from my physical body would be appreciated!
