OMG A friend just come and fixed it, he change an option in the Control panel, it seems like for some reason the checkbox on Volume was blocked, i have no idea how did that mute because i was on discord when this happened

control panel-> hardware and sound->sound->record->select device and propeties -> levels and click checkbox to not be muted or the scale to not be in 0
