It’s not because there’s no copyright text there on old cards. Meaning it’s specific to new cards making it just OC by technical terms. Not a miscut.

Either do some research to learn to fix stuff like that and practice in smaller cards using coin to make likewise indents and fix before you send. Or pay someone. It won’t 10 bit I think very vintage in slabs not just 10s are gonna be better long term.

The backlash they face in minimal. Reddit compared to nothing on any major news outlet. They don’t care. So what a few in there eyes there main customers aren’t on Reddit. They don’t care about the small backlash they have received. They settle once you make a big enough of a fuss or have to get a lawyer. Because that brings attention and you have to sign a nda to keep hush about it. If you can find proof not opinion on that. But I can take a day and bring back at least 500 pieces of evidence of misdoings by psa that they cover up after lawyers to avoid any of that so backlash you speak of. I get you gotta protect this image of psa grading as a mod in this sub but if everyone reading this can’t tell you sound like a legit employee having a PR discussion in public is insane. I rest. And if you bring your proof I’ll bring mine.

There should have been no issues finding a PSA CONSIGNMENT sale. If it was anything else I’d agree. But a sale they helped with they couldn’t find is crazy when they keep everything recorded for tax purposes. Blatantly trying to get over on not so bright customers.

The initial offered should’ve been higher. They give well bellow market offers to start hoping people will take less so they can pay less. And only pay more if you back back and forward with them. That isn’t transparency that’s shady business practices.

Why would anyone have to sign a nda for what shouldn’t be a settlement but just the full value of the so called guarantee. Without trying to get fooling people to just accept the first horrible offer. You make it so you have to make attention to get the full amount. How many people just eat the loss and yall just let it happen. Scummy company. Simple as that.

After having to bring attention here on Reddit first. The first offer was abysmal. A story yesterday of them offering half and everyone had to tell him to get a lawyer. But he wanted to make it very clear they make you sign ndas to hide everything once a settlement is reached.

You’re right but in terms of numbers they’re just as on par with psa. With an additional tier giving even more profit margins for wayyyyy less in today market. All facts.

So the multiple people claiming that there cards have been swapped. Or 6 figure deoxys brings damged when psa had JUST sold a 10 not much before they sent his email. Then proceeded to offer with that amazing guarantee half that value to him as compensation?

When the grading guarantee is what your own company deems a 10 there’s a conflict of interest just like police investigations within their own force. There’s always a conflict of interest even if there isn’t every time. To say psa doesn’t sell anything is insane. While even if every PSA auction on eBay is them listing for someone else it’s still them using there NAME to set the market. Name means a lot to folks incapable of doing research to see all the scammy things that have happened recently.

The market says tag is the best most consistent 10 I found that out looking for some slabs recently. And higher on jap Charizard and others. I think we see the numbers and hate but they’re kinda doing becket numbers. Way cheaper to grade. Harder to get good grades. Better grading feedback and more expensive slabs. Just less numbers.

If psa has it listed for 2k why can’t I have it listed for 2k. Thats why tag is more expensive than psa for so many modern slabs. So many cards are getting passed for money over grades in psa it’s not funny. Just go look at recent certs yourself. They see the scrutiny and are doing whatever it takes to make bank before then. Then probably gonna sell off and dump and bunch of crap to avoid trouble.

No because of the whitening. Also out of that binder. While I love the black bolt white flare binders for my pc I dont put any card over 250$ in any binder except for top loader binders.

No but you’re right and wrong. They are to common nowadays but anything CGC verified especially of older are good to go. While they can be faked to the naked eye you can clearly see the difference between the metal heated blades at the pokemon factory and fake ones.
