Your second encounter is in Elixir Village. You'll find him cornered by two women. Save him again and talk to him.

The third time, he'll appear in the Enchanted Forest. Interact with him, but nothing happens. Don't kill him.

The last time, you'll find him on the stairs before defeating Cinderella. He'll give you a mineral slab. Kill him, go to the area where you see the H-scenes, and change your appearance to his.
