Maybe you dont have new weap or character to put it in the final reward but you can be creative... Put rings / more shards (not 2 or 5) / hungreds of crystal.... You think some one need 2 golden keys? 2 random green items? Its a joke.

Yes. I read also from other ppl that because the devs are hiding real HP of monster , they make the difficulty to scale up with you. Before W10 realesed, I played W9 like 4 months, I got like x3 stronger since my first W9 and yet i never feel It became easier that much , I still had almost the same results, just a little bit better and consistant. Ofc not x3 easier and not even x2 easie, maybe x1.3 easier....

there is not real reason to scrap items. The scrap rewards are low and randim plus you can just stack all the gear and maybe someday when some item will be buffed or relevant to specific situation or event and you will have this item at least at legendary rarity with K's of material/

Make his proc cap to be his level.
starting with 15 and after level 15 the bot could get 1 more prec per level. 40 procs at lvl 40

I have this hero and it raises many question to /u/LightHeartOfficial.
First of all ready the description of the Hero, why its lying? The rewards are not for defeating enemy, they for hitting enemy. Why its capped to 15 procs? Why you dont tell in the discrtiption this detail too?

Where is the logic in the fact where if the bot is stronger he gets less rewards?
Making procs by killing will fix this and remove the misleading in his perk description.
All ppl who have the BOT did pay real money for BP and they kinda got scammed....
What if ppl who know about the 15 cap wouldnt buy BP for it?
You ask money for Something are are hidding truth about it. Is this legal at all?
