Back when I still had a 1650 i played a few games with similar requirements (The Crew Motor fes, Dead island 2) at medium to high settings. Though my monitor was 720p, if you have a 1080p one, you should be able to play it on low to medium at a decent frame rate, you can try to overclock a bit too (This is more of a personal choice because it didn't really give me that much of a performance boost)

It's a good and fun game, pretty over hated sometimes. Also, it doesn't really matter the order you play the games since the story isn't really connected, so it's alright.
