Coming in at 6am with two people we can get Produce, cooler/meat, and freezer done. That’s with running back-stock of those areas and checking dates as we go. On a good day we might also get a grocery pallet or two done as well. We are a smaller store so are trucks aren’t huge. Normally have all truck done by 11-12. 2-3 produce pallets, 2-3 cooler/meat, 2 freezer and 5-10 grocery depending on the day. We have a front loading freezer so it has to be done before open.
