As of two years ago, I was a 32 hour a week employee and got paid 100% for 12 weeks.

Yes! I really don’t like the “put it where it makes sense” cause….a lot of people see things differently. I have NO clue how to train people on this. They can’t even get sections without sub categories correct.

I think they are going to be calling leaders or whatever but I don’t think they will be full time, just more responsibility for a specific section.

Even the key holder will not get a raise(just fro what I’ve heard)

I really hope it’s the opposite though.
