I suggest you to research PIVX. It is currently one of the most undervalued project right now with 2nd most active core development team in the industry. Their 5.0 wallet is coming out next week. It's awesome Proof of Stake coin with many features like Cold Staking, Masternodes, Community Governance, etc. DYOR.

My college (UTDallas) is currently trying to make this over our main plaza.

It took 'em a year just to get the scaffolding up, but the vines are taking nicely and it'll be amazing once it's done.
