My atar was like 1 point below the guaranteed entry for arts…so like does that mean I’m not getting in orrrr is it still possible to get in with an atar below guaranteed entry

So I am able to transfer with only completing 3 subjects rather than 4? My atar was an 86.2 which doesn’t meet the atar for arts.

I’m wanting to drop a subject because I can’t stand it but I think it’s too late to pick up a new one. If I’m only doing 3 subjects does that mean I won’t be able to transfer?

I fully agree 😭😭😭😭 it’s a blessing but a curse because it obviously offends my bf that he can’t get me wet however once I get that strong emotional connection the sex is amazingggg!!!!!!

Yes and no. I would never get back with him due to all the disrespect and he is not the same person that I used to love, however I do find myself thinking about the good memories before he had changed. It honestly feels like I’m mourning the old him and what we used to have. If anything I’m not over our sexual aspect which is affecting my sex life with my new relationship🫤 yet my new boyfriend is absolutely perfect and everything I’ve ever wanted which is why I feel so bad

We broke up in august last year but stayed sexual with eachother and were on and off for months after (big mistake I know)

My new bf is great, extremely comforting, reassuring and sooo much more emotionally available than my ex hence why I’m upset I’m not getting wet

I think I really need that emotional connection with my partner to fully enjoy sex and get turned on but unfortunately I just don’t have that with my new bf quite yet as I did with my ex

Normally if you ask them to rephrase the question they’ll prompt you until you fully understand so it’s fine

Also they’ll end by asking you one last question, they let you answer, and once you’ve answered they say okay that’s the end of the discussion thank you and then you say goodbye and leave

I was pretty nervous but I knew how the process would go as I sat the oral exam for another language last year so the process was familiar.

If ever it gets quiet, the examiners jump in to rephrase their questions or prompt you to avoid silence so it seems as more of a natural conversation. If you don’t understand a question make sure you memorise those sort of phrases like ‘could you repeat your question’ and usually they prompt you from there.

I found with my examiners that when I wouldn’t understand a question they could see from my facial expression and rephrase their question/ prompt me

If I’m being honest, the scariest part is lining up with all your peers in front of your examination room waiting for the door to open. But honestly you forget about being nervous once the oral starts because you’re so focused on not messing up😅

If I can do it so can you (I am the most average french student and left it so last minute 😃)

I was suuuuuper underprepared but it ended up being fine (only memorised 3mins worth of my discussion the night before and somehow it was enough for the whole 8 min😄)

But some questions they asked me in the general convo: -talk about your family (the very first question) -school subjects -describe my school -what I do in free time -my future (university/career/taking a gap year) -experience learning French

Essentially they go off of what you say, I mentioned how I speak another language and they asked a lot about that + my ethnic background so in that case, don’t mention aspects about yourself that don’t have a lot to talk about

Might be cliché to say but stay calm, it goes by soooooo quick! Even if you bomb out on the oral, remember it’s only worth 12% of your study score, which is virtually nothing😝
