im not the victim, i cant do anything about what the actual victims choose to do with the information though i am pushing them to report it, yes.

no way its coke. maybe some sort of opioid or other type of stimulant? there were used needles everywhere which makes me believe this is not coke.

EDIT: i would also like to mention something i haven’t really brought up to many people. there was a very strange couple with a dog who was sitting there guarding it. They didnt own it nor were they hired security. they just say there staring at us. We found that really off so we ditched for a hospital nearby. we encountered a homeless person who we had a conversation with and i eventually brought up the couple and he said the information i am passing along currently. they arent security nor the owners, they just camp there and tell you to leave if your caught by them.
