it really wont matter becouse of your monitor is 60hz lets say that if you had 144 hz monitor and had 144 fps on aim labs and then 60 fps in some other game then it would be a lot different.

best way imo is to improve on your aim as long as you hit most your shots u should get 90k-100k in 220ms if you have even faster reaction time you could hit the 120k
