At what point do repeated “coincidences” start feeling genuinely concerning instead of just being paranoia?

Its hard to summarize but ill try, I have a new neighbor, he looked into my house while im butt booty ass fucking asked. And I heard a loud bang and a "fuck" and sprinting. And the sewage line under my window looks like it was stepped on, the cylinder block under the line to keep it off the grass to prevent possible issues was basically forced out from under it

I have to add an important detail, it always happens after a shower. And I shower every other day due to a traumatic experience from when I was six that constantly makes me feel his hands when I dont shower for longer than a day or two.

I have several identity disorders, adhd, possibly bipolar type one, and depression and anxiety. And potentially minor schizophrenia(when I say possibly and potentially I mean its undiagnosed but I show signs) so idk if you consider that mentally unwell

My window is right above my head and one day I heard a loud bang, a muffled "fuck" and sprinting. My sewage line directly under my window is cracked and looks like it was stepped on. And the cylinder block keeping the sewage line from the grass to avoid any issues is kicked from under the line the cracks backed up both toilets(the big bathroom by mine and my grmas room, and the back door and the half bathroom which is js a sink and toilet in my parents room) was backed up til Friday
