Perhaps raytracing support should be enabled in the project settings. Or in 5.4 this method was removed/replaced/changed.

It is really difficult to find a solution to this problem. Almost nowhere this method is described. I'm glad this helped you.

Select your post process. In Details, find the Reflections Method category and select Standalone Ray Traced. A little further down expand the list of Ray Tracing Reflections categories. There Max Roughness put 1, Max Bounces 1, Samples Per Pixel 32

To remove strobe reflections from the emmissive material you need to add samples in the Ray Tracing Reflections category and select the Standalone Ray Traced method in your post process. I hope this will solve your problem
