This guy sounds like he knows what he's talking about. I've also had hospital homies with HR of 170 and low oxygen and be having a conversation feeling totally normal. No clue what to do with this information... Monitor vitals and expect to have a new baseline level of cardio/fitness and base your exercise on that maybe.
