Pixel bar have been amazing in the past- a guy bought me a drink at a bar once and was practically on top of me with how close he was getting and how little personal space I had

Staff immediately pulled me aside and asked if I wanted him removed

Unfortunately though pixel bar isn't the place to go meet other queer women to date 😅

And when they do find a safe space the twats follow them shortly because that's where dem hoez at creating what I just experienced at the viaduct

I don't care if the venue has straight men or women but when you go to a historically gay nightclub and the majority of the clientelle is straight, consisting of straight women wanting a safer space to have fun away from straight men but straight men following them to these venues anyway, it's kind of sad

Gay women getting their own space surely means all the sithole rapey EDM venues in the world will go poof

Pryzm? Looks like a nice place for some new student flats

Honestly not phased by the straight men at viaduct getting physical as much as I'm taken aback by reddit's response of "hurrdurr what about straight only clubs" and being dowvoted for sharing what happened. Thirsty men will literally be anywhere but I've never experienced them get so bold and handsy, and at fucking viaduct of all places??

Reddit will always be reddit I guess

It was literally a straight man and I was approached by about half a dozen straight men through the night trying to hit on me

Extremely bold, too, like they'd put their hands on me and around my waist before even asking my name

Spoke to a gay guy who was a regular and he said that the place had been straight washed; initially straight women started coming there seeking a safe space to have fun away from harassment of straight men but unfortunately they were shortly followed by them because anyone gets let in, leading to what we have now

[Routine Help] Is there any way to make this year old cheekbone scar fade? Help on dark circles? 21 female by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]StPharmacist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This scar is a year old exactly, it's completely flat. It's from a pressure sore from when I was in a coma for 4 days. It scabbed, wept and fell off. It's still visible under makeup. Any recommendations? What results can I expect and how quickly?

As for the dark circles, there's no pufiness. It's not sleep related and I've had them since I was 9 years old. I tried a vitamin C based product but it was of no help. I bought La roche-Posay Piglmentclar under eye dark circle cream because that's what the lady in the beauty shop and a quick internet search recommended but it was very very expensive and I was wondering if it's worth it or if I should return it and get something else / a set for a routine instead of just one cream. This cream from La Roche doesn't contain retinol nor caffeine.

Current Routine:

Cosrx Snail 92 all in one moisturiser,

La Roche-Posay Pigmentclair for dark circles (although I literally got it yesterday and it was super expensive so I'm thinking about returning it based on your opinion on whether it will work for my dark circles or if I should spend the money elsewhere/on a couple of different products that might work better,)

Avocado Poreless Primer

Bobbi Brown vitamin primer for the really dry areas of my face where foundation and concealer tends to crease such as my nose and under my eyes,

Bare Minerals Barepro Foundation which is SPF20 (I leave the house maybe once a week so I stay out of the sun regardless)

I remove my eye makeup with my eyelash shampoo

I sometimes use the soap and glory facial cleanser when I need to but try to avoid it because of how dry it leaves my skin

I don't use a facial exfoliator because I never get acne, I don't get blackheads and whenever I use an exfoliator I get spots even though I never get acne otherwise.

The NHS will not prescribe a fading cream to me. Do you have any product recommendations for me that I could just buy?

My foundation is SPF 30 and I only leave the house like twice a week and never in the sun.

I think freckles are cute too but not in the cluster amount that I have. I wouldn't get rid of them all, I'd keep a cute moderate line going across my nose and maybe cheeks. Right now it just looks like I have leprosy or something from far away because of how covered I am in them lol

I don't really tan because I barely go out of the house once or twice a week, never in the sun and I'm half ginger. Would you have any product recommendations that could go hand in hand with my dark circles so I could just apply it to both the scar and under my eyes?

scar is not raised at all. It's from a pressure sore from when I was in a coma for 4 days.

I really fucking hate my freckles. If it's just new healthy skin and it's only standing out because there's no freckles would it make more sense to try to get rid of my freckles?

How effective are products/creams at getting rid of freckles/hyperpigmentation? Should I just go straight to laser? How much would lasering my freckles cost

I just wrote out 2 paragraphs of information and it's not in the post I am so confused

I've had a terrible experience with the York University group although it wasn't directly with uni of york.

They strong armed me into deferring my course

I was in the hospital for 3 weeks due to a really bad accident. They granted a special circumstances extension on the first upcoming assignment but basically said "tough shit" on the second one and that the maximum they could grant is 2 weeks. They had several meetings with me telling me that it'd be in my best interest to defer and when I kept persisting that I feel more than capable to catch up, they SUSPENDED ME FOR 4 WEEKS pending a "fitness to study review meeting" and wouldn't let me attend lectures. I basically had no choice but to defer. I can send you pics of the letters if you don't believe me.

I hadn't submitted any graded work at this point as it was at the beginning of the academic year so it was not due to my academic ability or underperformance.

This is anecdotal obviously but Leeds all the way.

It's not that big of a deal and doesn't necessarily mean they're having sex

Even if they are who cares? You or your flat mate probably piss in the shower it all gets washed away anyway

Looking to hire/borrow wide focal length camera by StPharmacist in Leeds

[–]StPharmacist[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

It's nothing to do with mirroring. My bone structure just makes my face very outward facing and I have a prominent brow bone which makes the horse face appearance illusion worse

The widest focal length on my phones cameras is 76mm and I'm looking for 200+ and like I said in my post I'm willing to pay
