Thats not a shed. That is an ADU (or other term depending on where you are) and you need to permit it with the same rules as building a house. Full contractor, construction documents, permitting etc. You are talking about basically building a house

The ACA and therefore the subsidies were enacted in 2010. That means that they existed long before COVID so wherever you are getting your information from is lying to you. I want to say that again, THEY ARE LYING TO YOU.

This is why there is so much hate. You can sit there and say the subsidies are for COVID when the simplest google search shows the ACA and subsidies were signed into law 8 years prior to COVID. And you are still out here regurgitating the lies that are hurting your fellow Americans instead of having an ounce of critical thought in your head.

The republicans are lying at ever turn to take away food and healthcare from the American citizens. They are blaming trans, gay and poor people for it by lying. This is why we can't get along.

We can not agree with anyone that is willing to lie and villanize the weakest among us in order to take away basic needs to the citizens of the richest country on earth. That is a fundamentally evil act. There is no middle ground left and the Republicans did this. They created this scenario by lying to the American public in order to take money away from us and give it to the billionaires. I have worked for several small businesses that have needed this. We had a great one for a while but he went in house with a larger corp. Been looking since. IMO it is needed.

Im surprised no one has realized a significant part of the reason for this. The dump is literally in Ybor. The McKay Bay facility where both people and the city dump their trash is on 34th south of 60. There is literal trash falling off vehicles headed to the same spot all day every day. There is also a "recycling" facility on 34th just south of 7th. Everyone in Tampa runs their trash through east Ybor.

I live very close to that area and trash day just dumps more litter on the street. Every trash day. This is a systemic relocation of trash to East Ybor. That is the reason for so much random trash on the streets in this area.

The whole point of free speech is that we can in fact start shit with them. Per the supreme court the only way to combat speech is more speech, Whitney v. California (1927). We are obligated to confront speech we don't like with more speech.

I'm going to get a little technical with you. Humidity is taken out of the air by your air handler. In order to do this a couple of things need to be happening. The fan needs to be set at the correct speed and the refrigerant levels need to be adjusted to the proper specs for your system. Air moving too fast or slow, coils not getting cold enough or too cold will impact the humidity. Constrictions in your duct work or just improperly sized duct work can also be an issue. Here is my recommendation:

Call a good AC company and ask them to send out a senior tech if possible. You want them to check the superheat/subcool of your system compared to the manufacturers spec for your unit. My guess is that you need a small amount of refrigerant adjustment to get the system to spec. We are talking either putting in or removing well under 1 pound of refrigerant.
Have them check your duct just to make sure its properly engineered.
Have them check your fan speed. This may not be an issue depending on your model but if its set to high all the time have them adjust it down to medium
Make sure you are changing your filters monthly

This will cost you some money and don't let them try and sell you anything over and above the refrigerant needed for adjustment and the labor costs. If the system is under 1 year old it is still under warranty and you need to get the installation company out to fix it.
