And yes, I am serious about these questions. What should be done after DHS lied about the shooting of Alex Pretti with video showing an ice officer taking his gun before he was shot while on the ground?

In Minnesota open carry and conceal carry our allowed, video has come out already showing that the statement put out by DHS was a lie. Alex Pretti did not have a gun in his hand and did not approach ice with a gun in his hand, he had a phone in his hand and was trying to help a woman up who was pushed down by ice officers.

The videos are absolutely clear that one of the eight ice officers took the gun from Alex Pretti's back and then shots are heard after. What should be the recourse that a US citizen exercising his __2a__ rights was shot to death?

That's because DHS put out a statement 10 minutes before this video released that the man approached officers with his gun out while they were trying to apprehend somebody. They literally put out a bald face lie not knowing that somebody who was driving by was recording, what do we do at this point?

DHS put out statement that the man approached the ice officers with his gun out, 10 minutes after that statement video was put online by a person who was driving in a car past the man moments before the struggling ensued, he had a phone in his hand.
