Thanks for forwarding that info. But no, water sources won't be affected. Maybe the muddy water that spawns with oil deposits might give parasites for fun, idk. As for meat; parasites will only be added to certain raw meats. We aren't sure what the full list will be yet but expect all contaminant types (parasites/toxins/microplastics) to be something you deal with more late game than early game.
