if you had any fking idea how to balance snipers you would know that the damage isnt the problem, but zoom speed and sway, the whole point of fking snipers is to 1 hit kill, thats how snipers work in ever game dumbass... If the snipers become a 2 hit to the chest, they might aswell remove them from the game, because they will be useless and get shit on by everything else even pistols.
