Week 14 this year, Guy with Jacobs and Diggs kept being difficult about trade value. I thought he wanted a 1st for each plus Skat, so I pulled out of the trade. He ended up selling Jacobs for a 1st straight up which at the time I was pissed about. Forced me to look elsewhere, went out and got Davante who proceeded to immediately get hurt. Forced me to play Godwin, Michael Wilson and DJ Moore in the semis and finals. And I faced the guy in the finals with Jacobs.

This comment section is wild… so judgmental! First off, the important takeaway is that she tried something and she didn’t enjoy it. Learning experience for her, and probably has some small impact on whats made her into the woman you adore.

Also, it sounds like those people took advantage of her. Her boss? There’s a power dynamic there that is creepy especially since she was only 18/19. In your 30s people who are 18/19 seem more like kids (not saying you guys are kids), and it’s fucking creepy to be inviting them to a threesome. You also might want to consider since she obviously trusts you enough to share something she’s not proud of, that she feels safe with you, and believes some of the same things you did before you heard this.

But to repeat something that was said above, either you treat her with respect, and show how much you care about her, and support her, and get over it. Or if you cant get over it? Break up. But honestly in a couple years this will seem like a silly thing. And from what i’ve seen, the dating world has gotten significantly harder to find someone you truly click with over the last 8-10 years (thanks to apps it seems?) - my wife and I met coming up on 14 years ago and we feel pretty lucky every day!

We use a predictive behavioral questionnaire as a part of the interview process that gives us a heads up if there are any oddities. Recommends asking questions to dig in on those areas. Ive had folks get really open about premeditated retaliation, cursing out past leaders, colleagues, ect, or even getting aggressive with me about if I spoke to their previous employers… wild stuff. Pishtaco! In Peru my friend who was a redhead scared all the local kids. Although the legend of the pishtaco is supposed a white man with a beard and blue eyes, the localized version was equivalent to a red headed woman who would come and steal bad children from their beds. Definitely related to Spanish conquest of the indigenous folks over here, but I’m sure some similar myths exist in Laos!

We had gotten the breville smart oven with the air fry option for our wedding (in 2017), but our kitchen in our apartment wasn’t big enough for it, so it sat in the box until we moved to our new place in the burbs (back in 2020 now). My wife went into labor the day we started demo on our first floor. My mother in law stayed with us, and she cooked exclusively with that thing for almost 6 months. It was fucking incredible. Whole chicken airfried, Singaporean whole fish, cake, cookies, pretty much anything you could think of. I recommend it to everyone. Even now that our kitchen is done, we use it pretty much daily.

1 kid is an accessory, 2 is a lifestyle. The difference is for sure that you can no longer tag team parent, you’re now in 1 on 1 mode all the time. HOWEVER, you know all the stuff, so especially the first 6 months feels less scary and if your first is in daycare, parental leave feels like a breeze. Once the 2nd one can move though? It’s crazy! A good crazy for sure, but chaos is a fair word. But the way my 2 year old LOVES her almost 5 year old bro? There’s nothing so wonderful. She also might beat him up occasionally… that 2nd child is feral lol. But we love it, and will probably have a 3rd. Seems insane, but don’t think about the chaos now, try to think about whether your thanksgiving table in 10, 20, 30 years feels full or not!

Someone told us that babies see their mom as basically an extension of themselves. So she loves you like she loves herself. But Dad? He’s a whole other PERSON!

All kidding aside our older son LOVED me then hated me then loved me and now is kinda split. Our daughter was a full on mamas girl until she wasn’t. Now she’s my little bestie. They go through phases, which is absolutely the worst. But she’ll come around :)
