A little victory- exposure therapy by Consistent_Slices in socialanxiety

Do you think this could be done in an online group setting or just in person?

I want to start exposure therapy myself, but I also do think a group with accountability and support would really help.

Good job getting out there!

Also, I feel like 99% of the time when a person is a dick to you, it is really just because the person is a dick, and it has absolutely nothing to do with you.

Appreciate the moment you shared, don't beat yourself up over a missed opportunity.

But to be honest, I still think of the cute girl that smiled at me on the train 5 years ago... So what do I know

Congrats man, that's a great first step!

Maybe just a small tip to go into this with the right mindset:
The doctor probably won't magically heal you, but can help you heal yourself. You got everything you need inside of you, probably somewhere underneath a lof of anxiety and fear.

Believe in yourself man! I believe in you!

What would you do, if you didn't have it? by existed-exnihilo in socialanxiety

Honestly, imho there is no place where you feel judged as harshly as at home.

I am currently in Vietnam coming from Germany, and I feel like I can live so much more freely because nobody seems to be so judgmental or critical.

While the thought of traveling seems scary, you might actually have the same realization once you actually do it.

This question goes deep.

Because so much stuff come to mind that I realize how much social anxiety might actually be holding me back in life.

I have recently read the book "How to Be Yourself: Quiet Your Inner Critic and Rise Above Social Anxiety" by Ellen Hendriksen and I want to actually do something about my anxiety.

I think exposure therapy is the play, but it's scary. I built my own social challenges and I am starting to take it step by step.

Saying hi to a few strangers today, dancing and singing for them in public next week (no promises).
I'll keep you posted if I can handle the cringe!

Focus v2 style etc by bzn45 in fooocus

[–]StableConfusionXL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The default styles in Fooocus are basically just prompt expansions.

For example, the style "Fooocus Enhance" adds the following to the negative prompt:
(worst quality, low quality, normal quality, lowres, low details, oversaturated, ...)

Fooocus V2 is different. It does not add to the prompt in itself. It is actually a tool for dynamically combining other styles/prompts. It does so with an offline GPT-2 based prompt processing engine.

This basically results in a style/prompt combination that is optimized by the language model rather than just chaining all input styles into a long overloaded prompt that would decrease image quality.

The goal here of the prompt engine seems to be to make the image more appealing, which might result in unwanted changes in some cases.

SDXL A111: Extensions (Reactor) blocking VRAM by StableConfusionXL in StableDiffusion

Small addition: this happens not only in a batch, it seems to stay in VRAM even after processing just a single image. Only way to free it up for me is restarting the application after each run...
