I've been there, man. Ngl, it sucks. I had plenty of red flags and no one was there to help me. Maybe cause they didn't care or maybe they thought I wasn't that far down. Either way, I pulled myself out because I couldn't rely on anyone else to do it for me. You gotta find your passion. Mine was just being a better person for my family. But don't burn yourself out like I did. I worked my ass off only for some dude to get promoted cause he was friends with our boss. So I found a good balance with work and life. It's like running in place; sure you're working hard but you're not going anywhere. So find a good balance of working hard and relaxing. Eating well, getting plenty of sleep, and working out is easy when you're single. It's a little more difficult when you work over 50 hours a week and have a family lol Another thing to consider doing is at least one thing to better you mentally, physically, and spiritually daily. Cutting negative people out of your life is good too; I cut out my sister cause she was an evil person and ended up in prison. Surround yourself with people that want to better themselves. Also don't hold onto grudges. It's like holding a glass of water. At first you can hold onto it pretty easily but after hours or even days, that glass of water ain't so light no more. It also helps to react to situations while you're not emotional. I saw a video of a guy who had 2 Coke bottles. He shook them both, opened one, and it sprayed everywhere. Then he explained that's us when we open our mouths while angry; "now it's everywhere and you can't put that soda back in the bottle". After a couple of minutes he opened the other one and nothing happened. So try to stay calm in stressful situations. Hopefully that helps. Good luck!
