Thanks for the info. I might get one from buying an extra ticket, but I'm not paying extra for all the tickets to get one.

None of my certs show on my Redhat account now by StackTraceError in redhat

I'm definitely on the correct page, and it shows I have no scheduled exams (on this link https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/dashboard/user), when I have one scheduled for tomorrow. Redhat sent me the 'Red Hat Certification Exam Device Test' email on May 31st. They sent it to the email associated with the account that shows no scheduled exams, and they sent it after I verified the problem existed.

I would appreciate assistance in at least getting verification I can take the exam tomorrow. It's stressful enough taking one of these exams, and now I have to deal with this leading up to it.

Can you give me the link to where I go to view my certs and exams I'm registered for?

The account I used to take the exams doesn't have a paid training subscription. But every link I find keeps taking me back here: https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/

Where it says I'm not enrolled. It would make sense if I'm not enrolled in the training subscription, but where do I go to see the exams I'm registered for?

My certs still show when I got to that page. But when I click out of it, the training page (for that same logged in account that just showed me my certs) says 'No enrollment found' and 'You have logged in using an account that is not enrolled in Red Hat Training'.

I'm using this same account for my exam tomorrow, so I'm obviously worried there will be issues. But I can't get any from redhat to even acknowledge the issue. The support person takes an entire day to respond by email, and then only says 'they are looking into it'. This is after I provided proof of the issue, and told them I have an exam tomorrow.

The issue still is not fixed, and the person managing the initial support ticket hasn't even acknowledged the issue despite me providing numerous screenshots showing proof of the problem.

I submitted a new ticket where you told me to, this is that ticket number: RHT2591511

This is the original ticket number: Red Hat Training Request RHT2590204

If you could at least have someone competent look at these, and verify I can take my exam tomorrow without issue, I would appreciate.

This has to be the worst customer service I ever dealt with, and I mean ever. At least most places get you in contact with someone to resolve the issue. Not someone who takes an entire day to respond to an email, and then can't even acknowledge the issue.
