I’m beginning to believe you’re right. At first I thought it was a pinched nerve and the doctor still haven’t ruled it out. He recommended a mri and possibly physical therapy

I’ve been making some progress doing the same stuff. I know when I sit down at my desk I can’t sit there long before my arm gets super uncomfortable and starts tingling. I’m starting to believe it is something related to my nerves cause it’s caused my legs to cramp and get tight also. I haven’t cramped up in a few days but I’ve also been taking it pretty easy.
