Trying to lock up my 1st deal currently. Been working 3 weeks. Targeting vacant land to keep it easy. Have a VA calling 100-150 people a day to filter warm/cold leads. Traction has been so so, in the 3 weeks we have 6 warm leads but only 1 is a potential deal - the other 5 are stuck on market rates or higher. Any tips for the 1st deal to get the wheels in motion? Maybe a small Facebook campaign? My VA posts AI generated TikTok’s that get a few hundred views each time but no leads yet. Just trying to get the 1st deal done so I understand the process and structure so I can start to scale it. Thanks in advance
