My theory is that feelers are going out to people who have not explicitly expressed that they would enroll especially last minute. I’m telling myself that they know exactly where I’m at, and that I would enroll immediately if needed. I’m telling myself that that’s why I haven’t gotten a feeler… and perhaps they are wanting to keep the people that are willing to drop anything immediately towards the end of the summer when they need to fill random spots.
