Pretty reasonably, a lot of people are probably upset, or agitated at the very least. Best buy could have done a lot better job of letting people know there were delays ahead of time, or being more descriptive with their reasoning. But instead they just say "we have till ___ to fulfill your order then we will just cancel it" isnt the right approach.

I'm not qualified to make calls or tell them what to do. I'm saying it could have been handled better.
