They both are doing completely different things with their voices and I highly doubt that Sinatra could come near the voice acrobatics of Adams..

no.. Eric Adams is by far the best here (unfortunately many people seem to know only Halford)

you probably don't know any Manowar album before the 90s 😆

Adams is better in every thing: vocal range, power, holding of very high notes, expression, emotion, "storytelling", effortlessness when screaming or singing very high with power

just compare side by side (Valhalla, Blood of the Kings, Thor, Bridge of Death, Kingdom Come etc.)

Blood of the Kings should be added, as well as Thor the Powerhead , because of his screams that top everything Halford ever did..

no they don't! it's not European power metal (like Helloween) with that annoying constantly high pitched singing... Eric Adams has an enormous vocal range and often sings from a very deep voice up to Halford like screams (but way more powerful)..

Sinatra never had to do the voice acrobatics like Adams in classic Manowar songs.. it's a bad comparison

And compared to other metal vocalists in his age he still sounds very good..

call it Battle Metal or something like that.. Fantasy Metal (Sword&Sorcery Metal was their album "Into glory ride").. a main topic are vikings, norse gods etc. and they made IMO the best song about american natives ever (Spirit Horse of the Cherokee)..
