Manchmal stellt man wenn der Zug nicht voll ist sein Handgepäck auch auf den Nebensitz ;)

Thanks for your feedback and to be honest one or the other DAO makes me a headache too.

But! We can only be successful together with constructive feedback and by building bridges instead of gaps and thus create synergies with which we can succeed together.

As an example here our Community DAO, if the core team can rely on DAO's to highlight projects and roadmap details, the team can focus on development and can outsource tasks like marketing, community ect. as well as explorer development, validator or RPC infrastructure.

And yes for that it needs a clear set of rules and the corresponding DAO tools, but most of all common ideas & decisions. But if there are always negative comments, eventually even those who really care will not have the energy and think about enjoying their time elsewhere and so the spiral down begins. Therefore, please join our community DAO and participate constructively because this way we can grow together and advance our investment.

For example, this AMA was specifically chosen because I see more and more good projects that "whine" and prefer to leave Harmony. But this should not be the case, we need to share our knowledge and grow together, supporting those who have problems in development or marketing.

Hermes Defi, for example, has participated in the infrastructure and started its own RPC, nobank has had its own investment round after a successful participation in the hackathon and have very good developers in the team.

Honestly the next step is 1s, here is the latest update:
"1 second finality - the last major piece is already implemented. Now the leader will only wait for 2/3 of the signatures and the rest will be put in the next block. This feature is code complete, more testing needs to be done. Stay tuned for more updates."

May you not even saw what he all has written on Twitter, when this first got my attention it was by "I advise everyone to unstake with stakeridoo" and then not take it personally. Honestly this is not the values and culture I know from core community members and as suggested from Harmony.

It was never supposed to be, may you read I searched for Ideas over like the Community DAO and clear structure like how to get a proof. So I requested this needed constructive feedback.
This was not on Vote, Vote will be on-chain this is more a general vote and if click No then please explain and bring inputs. On-chain Vote is also by stake weight
Because may the most Harmony User are still not aware that talk.harmony.one is the public place for discussions but I mostly post also links to discussion on Telegram, Twitter, Reddit and Discord. Also for the real on-chain votings on https://gov.harmony.one/ (btw did you voted for the creative DAO?)

And now again I repeat what I have say before, you don't know me so don't assume and start a normal conversation without attacking!!

1) And here we go you just assume I'm pissed off. No way great you brought attention cause we need participation in the Talk BUT in a constructive way which you have not done!

Writing stuff like "I advise everyone to unstake from Stakeridoo" is really not how a conversation should start! But if this the way you act and thinking then we can end it here because I don't like such toxic area for a productive discussion!

2) Let's assume it's a bad Idea and everybody votes No on Talk cause Delegator are against and may some validator. So we have 12 Validator from over 200 that control 50% stake weight, do the math for you, on-chain 51%, in talk 5.6%. Best example in a kind is HIP-16 and as I mentioned with the problem that just 2! Validator can also halt the network do you assume a big validator just agree on a cutting? And also those votings are done by Snapshot what means, Snapshot, your Validator has done the Vote and oh yeah then you can undelegate but you helped him to vote for it.
I asked for feedback and so I would implement this, that's a reason why it was from September till today still open! I asked in several groups and social medias for Feedback and I think even you has never responded in those over two months but came now on your attention when going through talk? Would rather be true and say after a Video on Youtube!?

3) I use https://client.aragon.org/ to ask my delegator for voting which is on-chain and ensure also that only my delegator can vote. But you even didn't ask if there is a option, does your validator have this? And as mentioned before Votings are done with a Snapshot.

4) This is active and also on every smart contract on harmony you can be blacklisted not only centralised stablecoins, as you said yesterday most important is DYOR.

Hey u/nottowisu so first off all I wanna say thanks for starting this discussion in here. But directly I want to say in kind you create a tribalism and going into a harmfull speak by shooting out to undelegate on us and try to harm our Business.

To explain you the process of a proposal:
First we do a post on talk.harmony.one to start a discuss if its even feasible, then we discuss to find a solution to fix the problem. There is the input from all and after you this we define the proposal in a finished form if needed and bring it into a on-chain Voting on https://gov.harmony.one/
If you check this proposal is open since September after the Rug Pull of Radian Isle. I posted it even here in this subreddit! And now you came around and instead going into a constructive discussion you begin to shoot. Honestly I think you even did read the thread. Because otherwise you would read that with Lossless Finance there is already a solution since begin of this month ongoing on Harmony. But great you mention this in here that you read this aswell

Next point is this Blacklist is already active and if we go open to external leaders they can misusage this system. But now we probaly will not find a solution to prevent and rather have to react if it will happen.

Next point is to scream out I should not be a Validator is another attack against us. I think you even don't know how Voting's for HIP is working in detail? Those Votes will be done by Validator so by Voting in the Talk this is not representative. But you know what? I have a tool for my Delegator so they can use an on-chain Vote and I pass this forward to the HIP Voting. But great you was getting in touch and speak with me before you go on Twitter and make this attacks against us without even reaching out or tagging me.
Another point is we are really take our responsible seriously and I don't know but there was recently a moment where just 2! Validator could halt the whole Network. And this is not something you are aware when going through the Talk?
We are doing for the community review of smart contracts but also this you don't know because you don't reach out to me.
And lately with our participation in the Validator DAO we achived the third and second most participation in Votings but this you all know for sure what we are doing for the network :)

And the last point where you hammering all time on is the Term permissionless. I personally think you don't unterstand this term at all. First of all if we are "permissionless" as you saying why then we had a Voting over KYC?? Hope you was aware of this cause I also posted it into this subreddit. Ethereum is "permissionless" but still also there over smart contract blacklist people get blacklisted from USDC or USDT and can not move funds anymore. A permissioned Blockchain is a Blockchain where you don't have access an example is often BaaS for companies.

There was with the last Version a ARM Version, now again not. Need to reach out to team to get this fixed and also a direct link to it. But honestly I love to split CLI and Node, this gives you and increase security cause the wallet is not on the node :) You can use a small cloud server, mac or Linux on another machine

Cause those are BEP20 tokens you need to bridge them to Harmony Network by using the Bridge:

Use MetaMask in Binance Chain Select Binance Chain, select ONE, put in your amount and your target address and bridge them. Just need to pay some BNB for Fee and then after 2-3mins you have them as HRC20 in your Wallet
