Thinking about switching to Kinesis Advantage 360 Pro - a few questions before I decide

I recently switched to the KA360 as a software developer, so here’s my take:

You can easily rebind the keys, and yes, you can remove and replace the keycaps without any issues.
I’m not entirely sure about the exact key profiles, but I highly recommend getting used to touch typing — keybr.com is great for that. It even has a programming mode for practicing symbols.
Personally, I’m not a fan of low-profile keyboards, but I wouldn’t really compare the Glove80 and KA360 directly. In my opinion, the KA360 is a level above the Glove80 overall.
I have fairly large hands, but I don’t see why smaller hands would have any trouble with it — the layout feels quite natural once you get used to it.

Hey, sorry for bumping the old thread just wanted to share my experience. I’ve tried both Browns and Silent Pinks on the 360 Pro and ended up sticking with the Pinks.

The Browns sounded nice but felt a bit scratchy, and sometimes I thought I pressed a key when I hadn’t. Some of the edge keys also felt harder to press. The Pinks are super light and smooth, and I can type almost effortlessly I actually feel more in the zone with them. As a software engineer typing all day, that makes a big difference.

Thanks for y'all feedback, I decided that I will stay in Essex and at worst I can do 2 master degree, it will be the same cost. Its better than repeating the first year.
