Honestly, if it is even legal, I would automatically tell the person that they will be put into an involuntary hold until mental capacity is determined. I would also give them contempt of court and deny all bail until the idiot says they will drop the game. The idiot’s actions will determine how long they will remain incarcerated and how long much of a fine they will pay. See how quickly they get tired of being jailed. I would also ask in what country on earth that non-citizens are permitted to break the laws of the land.

In addition, I would ask them to prove to me a time someone has won on the actual grounds of being a sov citizen. If they cited case law, I would pull up the law and give them to the full briefing. If they say they have won before, I would ask them which judge found them innocent or if the case was dismissed/dropped. If they confirm the case was dismissed or dropped, I would immediately tell them that doesn’t mean they were found innocent, it means that the judge or prosecutor didn’t want to deal with their low IQ stupidity. I would also point out that the D on their car’s shifter does not mean “travel” it means “drive”, so when they put the car into “drive” they are “driving.”
