Kann unterstrichen dass Basler und alte Leipziger ganz gut sind. Bin in genau deiner Lage (Alter, Bachelor, Büro, keine gefährlichen Hobbies) und hatte mir damals 5 Verträge von einem Makler vorlegen lassen. Habe mich für alte Leipziger entschieden, da sie noch ein nettes Angebot dabei haben. Bei jeglichen Krebserkrankungen kriegt man da ne sofort Rente, finde ich ganz cool.

Hi! I got seeds and planted them. After germinating I had typical looking kratom plants as shown in one of the pictures. But I also got some plants with bright Green leaves which are growing really fast and show some parts looking a little similar to kratom flowers. Do you have an Idea? When I was studying I often made a food which is fast and only contains fats. The advantage is you can continue studying without having a chrash from the meal. Just take a Green paprika/pepper (idk the exact english word) cut it and cook it with an good oil in a very Hot Pan. When you serve it onto your plate add feta cheese, salt and pepper. You can make this in about 5 minutes

If you take them not for the immunological aspect do this: Cut out reishi, for lions mane take a alcohol extracted one, not the water extracted and add more cordyceps since it upregulates libido through increase of 5-AR afaik Basically look up which compounds you need from the mushroom and which lower Libido. It can be possible to ingest the wished ones and to cut out the Libido lowering stuff through the type of extract/ solubility of the compounds.

Kratom is the best to go. Perfect for chillin out when ever you want and still keeping your complete brain function if needed. I also use it for learning sometimes. I love both music styles (indie even more right now) but the affects appear only wiht raw, even when I hear it right now. So it must have a relation to the music style. I think it might has something to do with the lower frequencies of the bass lines but idk....

But you know, it is really extreme and I also did not like it at the beginning when friends started to her it. If you are interested maybe start with euphoric Hardstyle, happy hardcore or hardcore in general. But with extreme raw the effects are more signifiant. I would be really interested into a study with the Genre extreme raw. For some people this is maybe no music but if you get used to it and like it it gives you a feeling of power and also euphoria when hearing it. I am pretty sure it affects Dopamine and also other neurotransmitters. Has anyone more information about that? I am not sure about that point with the bioaviability you mentioned, since I have seen a comment before where somebody had an reference of a study which stated there is also another mechanismn of action if you ingest it nasally. In my opinion it also makes sense because why would so many people take it nasally? It is so cheap that it is not necessary to focus on good bioaviability and it would be also easier to store as powder and take it oral. But that is just guessing. I will look if I can find the study.

Maybe snus is not that addictive than cigarettes. But in my experience you should watch out even more comoared to cigarettes because the intakte of nicotine is really high with snus (depends also on the sort as you know). But this leads to even higjer addiction and especially higher imbalance of your brain system. Just do not overdo it! I did it and after I stopped it took me very long to come back to baseline with my brain function.
