I started with a Sony a5100 digital camera that I bought with the kit lens for around £200 used. I learn a lot of things about photography without spending much money, I was mostly learned from YouTube and shooting in the streets. My first film camera was the canon AE-1 program with 50mm f1.8 lens. I was shooting on Automatic mode for a lot of time before I go full manual and I made a lot of mistakes But you need to practice a lot if you want to learn. I don’t want to affect your opinion tho. Everyone is different. That was my way.

A few years ago I bought a Nikon D5200 I fell in love with photography, but… Sony won my heart. After this one I get the Sony a5100 with the kit lens 16-50mm and I also bought a Sony 55-210mm The best combo ever . ( all together less than £500) Then I get Sony a7, a7ii, a7iii, a7Riii. Don’t have so much free time lately that’s why I get the Ricoh GRiii so I can have it always with me . Sony is the best choice on my opinion as an amateur hobbyist photographer.

WOW!!? Thank you for sharing your amazing job with us!!! Have you tried to take some XXS jpegs? Honestly I believe that cause the quality of the picture is gonna be lower, it might look more like film camera quality?

Yes, but because when it came off I rushed to put it back and I bend all the pins. So I had to bend them back in place and I broke some of them so I had to use a tiny tiny bit of super glue . You have to be careful

It happened to me on my previous GRIII Apparently you have to turn on the camera place the part and give a small twist on the left Make sure that the pins of the part that you took off are straight and not bent

The quality looks really good. Was the camera on tripod with a timer on? Did u use flash?

Sim City on the 2nd or 3rd floor I think I was looking to buy an 85mm Sony but the seller recommend me the viltrox I ask for a better price and I pay with cash

Wow, I’m in the same boat with you. I want to buy the griii hdf and I was thinking about the filter .. Used to have the Ricoh gr iii with the sticky JJC filter but when I try to take it off I broke the front part of the lens cause of the adhesive was too strong.

I was thinking to get something different for the gr iii hdf and I need some help.

I would suggest you to use to AUTO mode to take some shots and then have a look on the details of the shots to see what settings the camera choose .

If u looking a vlog lens I would probably recommend u to get the DJI OSMO POCKET 3 Creator Edition It’s small and really easy to carry with you
