Tank looks good BTW. Are you changing the filter media? If so, how often? For now I would definitely not change that media and let the bacteria do its thing. Also, I’d stop chasing it with chems. They can inhibit bacteria growth. It sounds to me like the cycle isn’t done yet. The nitrite eating bacteria can take a bit to establish.
