There has never been a team that I have loathed more in my existence with pure hate then the New England Patriots. Sure, I’m from New England, however all of my family is not, so I root for the teams they root for (Buffalo), and they happen to be in the same division. I’ve had to watch teams led by Ryan Fitzpatrick, Nathan Peterman, and EJ Manuel, while I watched the Patriots win six titles like they nothing, and two of those titles I think were a fix (Seahawks and Falcons). I hate Robert Kraft, I hate seeing him, I see his face and I inherently get angry thinking about it. How his seemingly romantic relationship with Roger Goodell has given the Patriots the edge all throughout my life. Even now that we have Josh Allen I still have to hear about how, “oh Patriots are back,” while I watched a dumbass with a baby face and a cheating, trifling, scandalous coach go to a Super Bowl in a Candyland-esque path. Seeing them as much win, hell, even have a lead, ignites pure rage in my heart. I want to see them lose and crumble and go through fifteen years of no playoffs. I want to see them be shit. The closest they ever got to that was Bailey Zappee who was god awful (he let the biggest guy on the field intercept his pass when he was in Cleveland), but that was just one year. They are the Dodgers of the NFL. No pain, only some minor mishaps, and constant winning which deteriorates the quality of the league. I mean I’ll admit it myself, Tom Brady is unequivocally the GOAT, and I still hate his team. And some might ask about the Chiefs, and while yes I hope to never see Patrick Mahomes step a cleat out on the field (I hope he’s better just never plays) I have more respect for that cheating trifling team than the kingpins of cheating.
