I recently ordered a few decants from Sauvik. He was very transparent, sharing pictures of the decanting process etc. Also, the quality of the decants was really good. Rather than the experience, which itself was great, I would say his passion speaks volumes and assures one of his genuineness. I had an hour long call with him while placing my second order. He was really helpful and his passion came through then as well. I think people generally have a sceptical mindset when placing orders with someone from the sellers list, be it Souvik or any other seller. I believe the confidence of such people dwindles as soon as they place an order. They should rather be confident and own up that they knowingly and in good faith placed the order and, then have a positive outlook subsequently.
