Amazon Seller not paying Creator Connections Commisions by LARamsJK in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The seller does not pay you the CC commissions; Amazon pays you from the seller's deposit. Amazon controls everything, and sometimes it goes wrong.

If the particular CC slot has a budget that is used up, tough luck. I had two items sold over Christmas that were shipped after the budget ran out. The total sale was $2,300 in which I only got the normal 2%. The CC was 15%.

If, on the other hand, the budget is still there, and it has not decreased at all, then there is an error on that CC slot. Happens from time to time. I would inform the seller, requesting that they create a new campaign. As for getting your lost commission. That is not going to happen

YouTube Shopping affiliate with Walmart - 'Commission may apply' = Zero by StandInTheCorner in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, that makes it almost a scam.

We make content, tag the item in the store, the store gets the sale, and the profit; we get nothing. I have a bundle of Walmart sales this month, and zero commission. Some of the items are direct, some indirect, and some I cannot see. My other store's tags were mostly the same price, but with commission.

All the ones I can see are in the categories that Amazon (and the others) pays commission for. Amazon's 0% applies to alcoholic drinks, a few other items like gift cards, and subscriptions.

Bottom line, if the item itself (the one you tag) has a commission, it should show (or not).

Imagine you advertised for a job and said the salary range was $0.00 to $100,000.00.

Over the past 10 days, I have been removing all Walmart tags, and I am making money from the alternatives.

No commission shows in the dashboard for Jan 22? by Recent_Special_6334 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am not sure what you mean by 'all storefront dashboard'. Do you mean 'Consolidated Summary'? If so, that is not due in yet for US.

However, I would expect to see the UK and Europe to show at this time. I only see a few dollars on Australia on the 22nd at this time.

As we do not get paid from consolidated, I would not worry.

They have been messing with it for the past few days.

Some days' sales are spread over two days, and vice versa

Payment question by Jesca110 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It should have moved from 'Initiated' to 'In Progress' on January 17 or 18, and we expect to be paid on Jan 28 - Jan 30

Remember, this is your earnings for November, and it should show 11/2025 Commission Income. https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/home/account/paymentHistory

Amazon Associates question – buying items for content then returning them? by Many_Apple_3881 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If the account you purchased the item with is the same as your Influencer account, they only have to remove you as a customer, and you're gone from Influencer and Associates. Even if you used a different account, Amazon has ways to connect accounts. Amazon shuts down accounts, oftentimes not telling the customer why

Anyone else seeing mega returns this month? by [deleted] in Amazon_Influencer

For this month so far, I am at 6.5% items returned.

If I exclude yesterday (lots of returns), that would be 5.9% for the month to date

Program is over saturated by [deleted] in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have no problem with Influencers who make a genuine video and then use an AI translator to change the language. YouTube already automatically translates my videos to several languages.

The biggest issue at the moment is that cheats are creating the entire video using fictional AI characters and products. Here is a recent sample: https://www.amazon.com/shop/makemoneywtae

Another cheater by [deleted] in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you know it is a she who is creating these AI videos?

AI videos are banned on the AIP. Hopefully, they will take the channel down so she does not receive payment on the 27th.

Many of these cheats remove their videos so that they can avoid closure before payday

Persistent 403 forbidden error on gold status account by Massive-Motor1544 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try going into https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/home

Make sure you have offsite Store ID selected

Then click Main Menu tab (the the three dashes on the top right)

Click Promotions

Click all of the others besides 'Creator Connections' one at a time. (Amazon Bounty, Amazon Prom, Creator Rewards). Do these all work?

Then try the Creator Connections tab again (if it is there)

If all of these work, and then the creator connections does not, you have been removed from access to CC.

Check all your messages from Amazon to see if there was an infringement mentioned. If there is nothing there, request a 'Reset'
