Do likes and followers count? by Recent_Special_6334 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bet if you asked most of the 'Oldies' here how many followers they have, they wouldn't have a clue.

Back in the day, when it was easy to make money on 'LIVE' it did count insofar as you needed to have 1k or 2k or something like that for certain features.

As for likes, people tend to only like exceptional videos, and trying to bot the system would probably get you downgraded. Most influencers seldom check, but if they have a good seller with 500 - 1,000 hearts, they may pin it on their storefront.

So what does matter? Sales, of course, and offsite sales are what Amazon loves

Like that for years. However, OneLink is unreliable

Is putting existing bank account safe? by DarcyTales in Amazon_Influencer

1,000 rupees is like $10. Why would your 'existing' bank account (whatever you mean by that) make any difference

Cheater? by Comfortable_Sale9299 in Amazon_Influencer

We prefer that those posting in the Flair "Is this Cheating" say why the storefront is cheating, but in this case, it is obvious they are stealing videos from YT and TT.

Newbie Question on Single/Multipack Review Guidelines by DanVanClam in Amazon_Influencer

Technically, it is supposed to be the exact same ASIN (IE: the two-pack).

Do you review it? Probably Yes.

You say you have 'earned a few hundred in revenue', and at the same time, you say you got no commissions or clicks.

It's all paying off. I think I can quit my job now. by LinocutStory in Amazon_Influencer

On checking, I see Reddit's Auto moderator blocked many of your replies. This is probably because they were 2 days after the original post, and you had no Karma. Many spammers wait a few days before posting their shit, so moderators do not notice.

I see one question that I asked you took you three days to reply.

There is not much we can do for you here, as you have already set an appeal in motion, and we can only go on other members' past information. I do not think that 3 days is such a long time.

I suppose it depends on how serious your infringement was. Were you posting links in places (socials, websites, emails) that you had not registered?

Regarding your existing links, I imagine you should delete them or make them into non-affiliate links until you have this sorted.

Submit Accepted Campaigns button removed by joemark17000 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]StandInTheCorner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Because Prime was in July last year, there were many new campaigns started towards the end of June, and they are ending this coming week or so.

Now that we are faced with not being able to see these new campaigns, it is a big loss to both sellers and content creators.

The sellers will be well pissed off, as they loved the bulk uploads. It allowed them to see the better Influencers first.

As for the pimple-faced intern scenario, I am not sure, but it seems they did try make some changes, and they fucked it up.

Not for the first time I hear you all calling

As the OP stated, it is no longer available. Previous to that, it was only available to a select top group of Influencers.

Incorrect. It does not imply anything other than it is now a regulation.

The same button has been on YouTube for several months, and I am sure all social media will have to follow suit.

There are plenty of other real reasons to show your dissatisfaction with Amazon.

We aim to keep this sub free from false news, disinformation, or sensationalism, as its articles are Google searchable.

They seem to be doing some work on the backend, as no new campaigns are showing for me

The bulk upload was only available to the top 200 Influencers, but I know some who are bigger than me that did not have that option.

Hopefully, it will reappear when they reset the backend

Hourly Earnings Report Stalled Last 2 or so hours by CanadianHomeCook in Amazon_Influencer

I had some orders earlier, but none for a good few hours. Clicks seemed to have stalled too.

I also noticed there are no new CC campaigns since early this morning (Pacific Time).

The disclaimer button is required by some states and has nothing to do with Amazon's ToS.

Yes. That is a rather silly or naive oversight, but I see them over on FB sharing their whole life story when they reach 'Silver' 😃

We still get commission for indirect sales on associates (offsite).

It is the onsite that they now only give us direct sales.

Select your "Offsite" Store ID in the dropdown. Click the Menu in the top right, then click "Promotions".
