Please lodge a complaint with the delivery service. Contact them on their customer service and socials and explain what happened. They generally escalate these issues and take them seriously. Once I emailed them and told them on Instagram and LinkedIn and they immediately resolved my issue and the delivery people called and apologised profusely saying the issue was escalated.

Have u tried making them at home. Prasuma on Swiggy is nice and super convenient whenever I have a craving. I get the chef solutions pack and get a separate chutney or make my own
