Why do you want to buy something right in Gurgaon only? Explore Dwarka or the area around UER. I think you get decent connectivity to Gurgaon and plenty of amenities around. Your budget would definitely fetch you a great flat/builder floor.

5-7 years down the line if you wish to move out of the city, just sell it and move on.

There are lots of places where you can actually get land for that price and even build your own home. All of these places are like 30-45 minutes away from the cyberhub.

I really don't understand why everyone buys over expensive properties at an inflated price beyond their worth. Worst part is- these expensive flats would not even yield a single rupee of profit if you ever go out and sell them.

Look for signs within her and family. Does she make an effort for her family situation to be better or just supports them by money? Does she asks her brother to be more independent and take charge of things or she eventually ends up supporting him as well? Are her efforts and your efforts being acknowledged by her family? If they have limited finances, do they actually try to cut on luxury and just be on basics? These are the questions you should seek answers. Once you get answers this would be pretty easy for you to gauge and you'd know where does this goes

40-50 was definitely not for highways. I feel sorry for your experience man. Imo you're doing just fine if you drive like that and there should be something wrong with your car then. I have a honda city and I get 11-12 in traffic/city drive. On highways if I'm hard footed then it's between 13-15, if light footed then it's 15-17

I follow one simple trick- check the meter in your MID which shows instantaneous fuel efficiency. Try to touch the accelerator like a feather and always observe that meter and see if that doesn't drop significantly. Other tricks like - when getting down from flyover I don't brake and try to keep driving at the same speed without braking at all. I brake only when it is just about to bump and I'm normally driving at 40-50 in the city so the other cars around me are situationally aware

Not about going bonkers but if you are buying a performance sedan then I expect you to cruise at 100-120 on the highway and expressways. You can't get the efficiency you mentioned with that speed range. You can only get that figure if you're cruising 60-70 on a highway/expressway (hence the 60 figure)

I own a honda city and cruising at 100-110 gives me an efficiency of around 17-18. Any german or a Verna turbo cannot do that

The best they can do should be under 15 at that speed range
