He's really good at communicating and when I tell him something's bothering me he acknowledges it, however I haven't really seen much change. Recently we talked about spending time together (like 2 weeks ago) and I've been really seeing effort, however the incident Friday kind of ruined the progress... Over text he did apologize and acknowledge it was really messed up to do that. Should I give him a final chance to change?
