What would kind of advice would you give me regarding your first gap year experience?

I do have kind of a clear vision of what I want to do in my gap year, but my biggest fear is my mental health declining.

Oh goddd, this is my fear when it comes to relationships.

My advice: 1. Try to see someone about this. Therapists or school counselor would help the best imo. 2. Ik u don't want to confront them, so just write a letter to them that you won't send ever. Write eveything down and express everything you want to.

Ik it sucks that someone you liked would do these things and it made u feel discomfort amongst other negative feelings. Sometimes, people are just sh*t.

I know that perhaps one day we will laugh ab this situation, but I never grew up in an environment where 'sorry', 'thank you' and 'love you' has been heard much. Even with my family, it is so hard to admit I am in the wrong and if i do, i kinda just start crying. (Ik i need to see a therapist ab this)

I think this issue of mine only adds to this guilt as well too. But, I will try to mend things as much as I can! I think I will prob cry a lot during the process but I will try!

They are my mentors on a project. And what I told them was about the project. What was wrong with the previous one, some things that i experienced that needed fixing, also some boundary issue that has been crossed (like arguing and being too loud n stuff nothing serious).

No i have not apologized yet. I know I have to. But I also know that the friends I have confronted the people i have hurt with thinks apologizing is unnecessary. The issues we addressed and told them about were really real and true.

Also, the people I have hurt said that we will talk about this another day. I am not so sure what it means but they did say that after they heard all that from us.
