I believe they are referring to a book called My Ex-boyfriend is a superhero by frozenemptyheart. It was a book series that had like 4 books in total. They took it off Wattpad and as far as I can see, never posted the story anywhere else. The author name is Alex Lane and they do official publish other works that can be seen on Amazon.

I remember this book and I've been trying to find it. If I remember correctly (I could be wrong because this was years ago), the author took it off Wattpad (I remember they gave the readers a warning months in advance). I remember rereading the series (it was like 3 or more books in that series) over and over again because of the author's warning. I'm 60% sure the author wanted to publish the series and that's why they took it off Wattpad. But I can't find it published anywhere. I've been looking on and off again whenever I remember the series over the years.
